Bargain-hunters can always find a room in the $60 range if they plan ahead in-season. Many
hotels offer golfing and entertainment packages that can shave dollars off the total cost
of a family vacation. The Cadillac Hotel offers a "gold key" program with
multiple discounts at area eateries and shops. Restaurants in all prices ranges from
five-dollar sandwich shops to blow-out seafood feasts are easily accessible.

on the East Coast. If you must wander farther afield, Myrtle Beach is a short drive from
historic Georgetown, SC and Charleston.
