The resort's facilities include 256 luxurious guest rooms, a business center, an outdoor heated pool and numerous restaurants. Guests can enjoy International dishes at the Palm Garden Restaurant, Chinese cuisine at the Peacock and Australian steaks as well as fresh seafood at the Grill Room. Special Condition From October 24, 2005 to December 31, 2006 due to the ongoing development of the Jumeirah Beach area, guests may experience background noise in the external areas of the hotel. The land view rooms are overlooking the development site, and the sea view rooms may have a partial view to the development site.
